Moose Lake School Board Member DWI Charge

Moose Lake School Superintendent, Bob Indihar, is leaving the issue of a school board member, facing her third DWI charge, to the courts.

Kristine Marie Lyons was arrested August 15th and charged with two counts of second–degree driving while impaired.

Bob Indihar, responded to the charges today saying this is a court matter and is not a school issue because the incident occurred off of school grounds.

Indihar did not say what will happen regarding Lyon's position as chair of the school board.

After Lyons was arrested, her blood–alcohol content registered at point one eight percent.

Lyons next court appearance is scheduled for September 12th.
