Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Christians across the Northland commemorated Good Friday.

The Vineyard Church in Duluth offered an artistic experience to commemorate the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ.

The two services included music, mediation and a time of reflection.

Church leaders say it's important to honor this day.

"We want to live the reality of his resurrected life so we can together celebrate that. A big part of that is to go out and live that every week," said Vineyard pastor Michael Gatlin.

The Vineyard Church is also holding several Easter services this weekend.
