Oliver, WI (NNCNOW.com)-- An Oliver business is helping the men and woman that have served our country.

The El Dorado Bar and Grill hosted a benefit Saturday with all of the proceeds helping homeless veterans and the veterans memorial in Gary New Duluth.

The event included a horseshoe tournament, a meat raffle, pig roast and a dunk tank. Management says they are doing what they can to give our veterans a fair shake.

"We both know that vets don't get what there supposed to and that's a shame," said El Dorado owner Todd Pfeffer. "How can I fight that? By doing this."

Mayors from both Duluth and Superior were scheduled to attend the event.
