Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Authorities are investigating two possible shootings from Sunday night in Duluth that may be related.
Duluth Police responded to Essentia St. Mary's hospital for two separate victims with gunshot wounds.
The first victim, who arrived at the hospital at 8:12pm, is a 20 year old man from Duluth who had a single gunshot wound to his hand. The victim reported the incident occurred outside in the 400 block of East 6th Street.
The second victim who arrived at the hospital around 9:08pm is a 24 year old man from Duluth who had a single gunshot wound to his chest. He told authorities that the incident occurred outside at Pecan Avenue and Upham Road.
Both victims had non-life threatening injuries and were treated and released from the hospital.
Authorities say the incidents may be related, but are unable to determine the relationship between the victims and suspects at this time.
Investigators from the Major Crimes Division are following several leads. Anyone with information about these incidents are asked to call the Duluth Police Department Violent Crimes Unit.
