Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Duluth Police are asking that residents limit travel on the roads due to the winter storm that is making a mess across the Northland. This is the news release the Duluth Police Department sent out: "Due to the current Winter Storm in Duluth travel has become difficult and dangerous. Blowing and drifting snow have made driving conditions deteriorate rapidly. The slippery conditions and poor visibility have contributed to over 20 crashes within the past two hours. The Duluth Police Department is asking that residents stay home and only travel if necessary."
