River Falls man's snowmobile hits tree near Cook, MN

Cook, MN (NNCNOW.com) - A River Falls, Wisconsin man is in the hospital Sunday after hitting a tree on his snowmobile near Cook, Minnesota Saturday.

According to the Saint Louis County Sheriff’s Department, 22 year old Deng Chen was traveling east bound on the Bearskin Trail in Morcom Township when he lost control of his snowmobile while going around a curve. His sled then hit a tree.

Chen was transported by ambulance to the Cook Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
