Grand Rapids, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Two Grand Rapids High School students were victims of alleged road rage and threatened with a handgun.

The students told police that after a minor altercation in a school parking lot yesterday afternoon they left the area.

They say the suspect followed them to an intersection and showed them a handgun and threatened to shoot them.

The kids took off and reported the incident to police. Officers located and stopped the suspect near the school.

In his car they found a .22 caliber handgun. The 19–year–old suspect was arrested and is currently in jail and awaiting charges.
