For years, Representative Tom Rukavina has fought dozens of legislative battles at the Capitol. Representative Rukavina was first elected to the legislature in 1986 and is currently finishing out his 13th term in office, representing District 5A. He's had some frustrations, but also many accomplishments. During the last session, Rukavina played a hand in getting a provision in the Viking's stadium bill to use U.S. Steel in the project. Representative Rukavina represents District 5-A and is finishing out his 13th term as a legislator. He was first elected in 1986.
