Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- 29-year-old Brandon Tyson pleaded guilty today in a shooting at I–L–F smartphone Clinic on London Road in Duluth.

Tyson faced attempted second degree murder and aggravated first degree robbery for the December 23rd incident.

Business owner Colin Mackin was shot after a struggle with suspects outside the business. Mackin made a full recovery and returned to work about a week later.

This past Friday the other suspect, 32-year-old Robert Neft, pleaded guilty to one count of second degree attempted homicide in Duluth.

Both Tyson and Neft are scheduled for sentencing on April 14th.
