Carlton, MN (NNCNOW.com)-- A self professed member of the Native Mob has pleaded guilty to both 2nd degree assault and terroristic threats, according to the Carlton County attorney.

Patrick Lussier is accused of discharging a .22 caliber handgun at two people on the Fond du Lac Reservation in November of 2012.

The criminal complaint charging Lussier indicates he also made intimidating calls with homicidal intentions.

Attorney Thom Pertler says that Lussier will be sentenced at an unknown date. Pertler also said that Lussier failed a drug test at a court hearing Tuesday, and will remain behind bars until the sentencing hearing.
