Seven hospitalized after rollover in Pine County

Pine County , MN (NNCNOW.com)---Seven people– including four children under the age of seven– were hospitalized after a one car rollover in Pine County Monday night.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the passengers were traveling Northbound on Interstate 35 when the Trailblazer they were riding in went off the road to the left at mile marker 208.

The vehicle returned to the road and flipped onto the roof, before going off the road again to the right and flipping again.

All seven passengers were ambulanced to Mercy Hospital in Moose Lake.

Two victims were then transported by helicopter and ambulance to Essentia Health St Mary's Duluth.

Two others were transported by air to the Children's Hospital in St Paul.

The other three remain at Mercy Hospital in Moose Lake.

According to the State Patrol, three victims, ages 25, 4, and 3 have serious injuries.

The four other victims were listed with non-life threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
