First Northland babies of 2014

Oren Johnson was born on January 1st at 5am to proud parents Mary and Brad.

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Twin Ports welcomed their first babies of 2014 into the Northland early this morning.

Blythe Thomas delivered her baby girl at Essentia Health St. Mary's in Duluth at 2:26 am New Year's morning.

The baby, who has yet to be named, weighed in at one pound 14 point seven ounces.

St. Luke's Hospital also rang in the new year with their first baby of 2014.

Oren Johnson was born at 5am on January 1st, weighing 8 pounds, and is the first child for proud parents Mary Hanrahan and Brad Johnson.
