Orr, MN (NNCNOW.com)--- A 30-year-old Eagan Minnesota man is in custody after fleeing from police on foot and spending a night in the woods, following a routine traffic stop Wednesday night near Orr.

The Minnesota State Patrol called the St Louis County Sheriff's office around 4:45 Wednesday to assist with a traffic stop of Joseph Ray Burell.

Authorities discovered that Burell had an outstanding warrant from Blue Earth County for stalking.
