Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Have you ever wondered what goes into making your favorite local brew?

The Duluth Experience went a long way to answering that question today with the "Drink of Opportunity" Q & A session at Teatro Zuccone.

This was the first of four such sessions bringing the public together with the people behind the scenes of craft beer manufacturing in the Twin Ports.

Five local brewery and brewpub owners discussed the challenges involved with crafting and selling beer in the area.

Topics ranged from state and federal licensing requirements to restrictions on where and how their products can be sold.

Those in attendance voiced their delight at the opportunity to pick the craft beer owners' brains.

"Sort of a inside scoop on a discussion that most people wouldn't be privy to on a normal daily basis," said Co-Founder of the Duluth Experience Dave Grandmaison

"It really is like asking the questions that we personally would love to hear just as an up and comer in this market," said Blacklist Brewing Co-Owner Jon Loss.

The Duluth experience has three more events planned in the coming months, focusing on brewing craftsmanship, Craft beer and local business, and the women of Craft beer.
