Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The ALS ice bucket challenge sweeping the nation has raised $94.3 million for the association so far.

Perhaps one of the more dramatic ice bucket stunts was carried out in Duluth Tuesday by The Bentleyville Red Coats.

"Red Coats" refer to the staff working at the premiere holiday light show... and they are no strangers to ice and cold.

Every year they brave the elements to entertain thousands of visitors to Bentleyville at Bayfront Park in Duluth.

Tuesday, they got a preview of winter as they were doused with the aid of a front end loader filled with icy cold water.

If you're wondering, Bentleyville will open for the Holiday season on Saturday, Nov. 22 .
