Trial date set for Iron River Wis. man charged with stabbing parents

Bayfield, WI (NNCNOW.com) -- A trial date has been set for an Iron River Wisconsin man who is charged with stabbing both of his parents to death last December.

A jury will hear the case starting December 9, 2014.

James Crain Junior, 44, is charged with first degree intentional homicide, in the stabbing deaths of his parents Jim and Eunice Crain.

Crain is also being charged with battery of a peace officer and failure to comply with a police officer.

He has pleaded not guilty to all counts.
