Two Men Charged in Connection with Burglary at Clyde Iron Works

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Two men have been charged in connection with a burglary Wednesday morning at Clyde Iron Works Restaurant in Duluth.

According to the Duluth Police Department, 26 year old Jesse D. Hanninen and 28 year old Brett Allen Delvalley have been charged with Aiding and Abetting 2nd Degree Burglary, Aiding and Abetting 3rd Degree Burglary and Possession of a Police Radio During the Commission of a Crime.

Delvalley was also charged with possession of burglary tools.

Police responded to a call of a burglary on Wednesday, December 5th around 5:30am at Clyde Iron Works in Duluth. An employee says that when they entered the building, they heard someone in the back room and called 911.

Two suspects fled out of the building on foot and were apprehended a short time later.

Both men are being held at the St. Louis County Jail.
