Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Two men have been charged after they were caught in the act burglarizing a business in Duluth Monday night.

35-year-old Barry Steven Martin and 24-year-old Jacob Truong appeared in court Wednesday morning and were charged with felony third degree burglary and fourth degree criminal damage to property.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 8. Police responded to the 4th Street Auto Lube just before 8 p.m. on a report of a burglary.

A witness found a broken window at the business and told police they saw a person inside near the cash register.

Police found Martin and Truong inside and say that Martin was rummaging through a tool chest, while Truong was hiding under boxes in an attic storage area.

Bail was set at $5,000 dollars for each of the men.
