Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Spirit Valley Days hosted the largest gathering of classic cars in the Northland in West Duluth.

The vehicles ranged from classic to contemporary allowing spectators to enjoy the show of one-of-a-kind cars owned and maintained by local gear-heads.

Spirit Valley Days is a reunion of sorts for people with ties to West Duluth.

Our TV coverage earlier in the day was able to bring together two friends who hadn't seen one another in forty years.

"I was watching TV at home, watching the news and then I saw this, you [Adam Clark] talking to Jeff and I thought well, I haven't seen Jeff in a lot of years and I figured ah ill run over there and see if I can catch him," Glen Tapper said.

The Spirit Valley Days Parade will kicks off Thursday at 6 p.m.

A street dance will be held Friday night.
