Becker County, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has a suspect in custody following a 10–mile pursuit that included a stolen squad car and deputies firing their weapons.

Bail has been set for Ty Justin Andree at $300,000. Andree has been charged with two counts of First Degree Assault with the use of deadly force against peace officers, two counts of 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon, theft of a motor vehicle, and fleeing a peace officer.

Authorities say after ordering Andree to put down his shotgun he approached the deputies.

They got behind their squad cars and when Andree reportedly got into one of the squad cars and took off, the deputies fired their weapons as he fled the scene.

Andree was eventually caught and taken into custody.
