Duluth, MN (Northland’s NewsCenter) --- A prominent Duluth businessman and University of Minnesota Duluth fitness instructor is being investigated again by the University.

Rod Raymond, a fitness and wellness coordinator, has requested unpaid administrative leave as the university investigates two complaints filed against him.

Because the investigation is pending, the school cannot say when the complaints were made or the nature of the allegations.

In 2009, Raymond was required to attend a sexual harassment workshop after two female students filled complaints saying Raymond made them feel uncomfortable.

The university also required him to have witnesses present during meetings with young women and keep his office door open.

Raymond co-owns Fitger's Brewhouse, Burrito Union, The Red Star Lounge and Tycoons Alehouse and Eatery.

He also recently bought Endion Station in Canal Park with his business partner in October.

Raymond did not return our phone call as of news time.
