VIRGINIA, MN (Northland's NewsCenter)---Virginia Police Chief Dana Waldron is back on the job following a three day suspension.

The Virginia City Council voted unanimously to suspend the Chief following harassment and retaliation claims against Waldron.

The council is working to put the final touches on a 90 day performance behavior improvement plan that Waldron must follow.

The council will go over the performance plan at its next meeting.

Chief Waldron, who has no plans to retire, says he's eager to follow any plan that will build a better workplace rapport.
