Ely, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- There is no longer a water main emergency in Ely, Minn., as of today. The emergency was declared on Feb. 21 but the city has now responded to all frozen water services and mains.
Residents who have not experienced water freezing issues are required to stop running continuous water. However, if you have had freezing issues or the city has instructed you to run pencil–sized water continuously from one water source, you are instructed to keep doing so.
