Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - That's why, each year, Grandma's Marathon hosts the kid–friendly Whipper Snapper Race, in Bayfront Park.
Hundreds of little racers gave it their all, and even though each heat had a winner, everyone went home with a ribbon, and a goodie–bag.
Not every racer needs the extra incentive, however, as a good run outside with family and friends can be enough of a treat.
