Doors smashed at Duluth Courthouse

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The glass front doors of the Federal Courthouse in downtown Duluth were smashed Friday morning.

Caution tape and safety cones are set up at the scene, however people are still able to enter through the building's front doors.

Witnesses say it happened around six a.m. Friday.

Our partners at the Duluth News Tribune reports that a suspect is in custody.

Witnesses said after breaking the windows the suspect sat down on the court house steps to wait for police to arrive.
