A day after Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker said the idea of meeting with the Wisconsin 14 is ridiculous, the absent democrats, say the Governor is showing his true colors.

State Senator Bob Jauch spoke out today about Governor Walker's unwillingness to negotiate on his controversial budget repair bill.
Senator Jauch who is still in Illinois, has had confidential meetings with senate republican leadership.

He says by exposing those meetings yesterday, Governor Walker betrayed him.

"He violated my trust and the confidentiality of those conversations by revealing that they had even taken place, the way we can settle this is stay away from press released, stay away from public accusations and public positioning and sit down and try work through these very difficult emotional issues.

Senator Jauch says he's confident a deal can still be reached, and he believes republican senators may be shifting away from the governor's plan.
