Sturgeon Lake, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A 38-year-old Sturgeon Lake woman is facing charges of attempt to Commit Premeditated Murder in the First Degree, and Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree without Intent in a shooting among other charges, in which the victim initially claimed his wounds were self–inflicted.

The Pine County Sheriff's office is investigating the shooting that took place in Sturgeon Lake on Tuesday.
