Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com)--- 29-year-old Natasha Lancour was arrested early Tuesday morning for driving while intoxicated.

Police were called to the Taco John's on Central Entrance around 1:45 Tuesday morning...

According to the police report, a manager reported Lancour appeared intoxicated and was pounding on the drive-through window and refused to leave, despite the business being closed.

Lancour admitted to police she was at the Copastetic Lounge prior.

Police determined there was reasonable suspicious to have Lancour exit the vehicle and do a field sobriety test.

Lancour willingly submitted to a breathalyzer.

According to police reports she blew a .178 more than two times the legal limit, and was placed under arrest for D-W-I by the Duluth Police Department.

Lancour still faces one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct following an altercation with a Superior Police Officer in early January.

The charge stems from an arrest on January 5th in the Keyport Lounge parking lot where Lancour alleges that Officer George Gothner used excessive force against her.

Lancour will be in court on the Duluth DUI charge on August 21.

As far as the disorderly conduct charge in Superior, she will appear in court again on October 31.
