Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Great Lakes Aquarium in Duluth is now home to 200 new fish, and a zebra shark from Australia.

The underwater creatures will soon be featured in the aquarium's new 'Shipwreck's Alive!' exhibit.

The shipments of fish made the long journey from Down Under in April, and are just getting acclimated to their new environment.

The exhibit will include a variety of tropical fish, a grouper, and a five-foot-long zebra shark... the largest animal to be featured in the new exhibit.

Aquarium officials say the exhibit will play off what happens in the aftermath of a shipwreck.

"What happens to them when they're under water, what's the scientific story to that, what's the biological story? So we're looking at it in that way, how does the environment affect the ship and then how is the ship affected by the environment," said Jay Walker, operations manager at the aquarium.

Aquarium officials hope to put water in the exhibit tanks by next week.

The new exhibit will open in July.
