FDA Cites Potential Factors in Listeria Outbreak

The Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday released a report that identified potential factors that led to a listeria outbreak connected to cantaloupe from a Colorado farm, according to a USA Today story.

The outbreak has led to 25 deaths and 125 cases of illness, according to the USA Today story.
