Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- He's running in a closely watched U.S. House race, but it seems some are viewing Republican hopeful Stewart Mills as the Brad Pitt of the Republican Party.

The website Politico draws the connection between the two while addressing Mills jaw–length blonde locks and muscular physique.

The 42–year old businessman brings attention to his looks in his latest TV ad where he opens with a line about how he doesn't look like a typical politician.

Barbara Reyelts asked him about that line during a recent Northland Voices.

“I think that's evidence that I, uh, never had any inclination of running for any office whatsoever. This is a very genuine and honest campaign that's based on policy, not based on any political ambitions of seeking political office,” (R) Candidate for MN 8th District, Stewart Mills, said.

Mills faces Eighth District incumbent Representative Rick Nolan in the November election.

By the way, a big difference between Mills and Pitt. Pitt is a Democrat.
