Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - Bayfield County's District Attorney Craig Haukaas will be making an announcement on the car crash that killed a two-year-old just outside of Washburn, in July.
The tragedy occurred in July when a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Chelsea Cadotte entered the ditch and overturned, throwing all four passengers from the car. Cadotte's 2 year old, 4 year old and 6 year old children, and a 15 year old passenger were all thrown from the vehicle, none of whom was wearing a seatbelt.
Two year old Mariah Gordon, of Bayfield, eventually succumbed to her injuries.
