Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) -- A new judge has been assigned to the case of the Bayfield County woman who rolled her S-U-V in July resulting in the death of her two year old daughter, and the injury of three other children in the car.
Judge Robert Eaton of Ashland County will now be Chelsea Cadotte's judge.
The Bayfield County Court says Cadotte's future court date is unknown at this time.
She is facing one count of second degree reckless homicide and three counts of reckless injury.
