Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.COM) -- Lake Superior College celebrated their One Millionth bus rider today.
Nina Van Ert, received an award of ridership presented by LSC President, Patrick Johns and Rodger Johnson of LSC student life.
The DTA’s U-PASS ridership program has been underway at LSC since 2001 and has been gaining momentum every year since.
October had the highest monthly total ridership with nearly 20,000 rides.
U-PASS ridership at LSC is expected to break last year’s annual record with strong November and December rider counts.
The U-PASS program is a major element of Lake Superior College’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
