Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - A flotilla of US Coast Guard Cutters is getting some R & R in Duluth this week.

The Mackinaw along with the Katmai Bay and the Morro Bay pulled into the Duluth harbor around 6 p.m. Monday.

The Duluth Seaway Port Authority says the three ships are here to refuel and pick up food before continuing their ice cutting missions on the Great Lakes.

All three will head back out on Lake Superior on Wednesday.
