(NNCNOW.com) Attacks against employees of Gogebic Taconite continue.

This video, from a post on the conservative blog “Right Wisconsin” shows two people wearing masks accosting a drill worker as crews were setting up a rig on Tuesday, June 11.

Workers are conducting exploratory drilling in the Penokee Range, where a large deposit of iron ore sits.

The mining company will take eight core samples at various sites throughout the Penokee Hills between Ashland and Iron Counties.

Once those samples are analyzed they plan to drill five more holes.

Spokespeople say they chose drilling equipment that would have the least environmental impact.

The company is required to comply with various environmental regulations.
