One dead, four injured following crash in Gordon, Wisconsin

Gordon, WI (NNCNOW.com)--- One person is dead and four others injured following a car crash in Gordon Wisconsin Friday morning.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office responded to a crash at Highway 53 and County Road Y around 7 Friday morning.

They say an eastbound truck collided with a northbound S-U-V, causing the S-U-V to leave the road and roll over.

Three of the four occupants of the S-U-V were ejected from the vehicle.

31-year-old Daniel Bazoff of Rockford Minnesota was pronounced dead on scene

69-year-old Daniel Smith of Minong was airlifted to a Duluth hospital where he is in critical condition.

The other two occupants of the SUV, 46-year-old Steve Horne, and 52-year-old John Danielson suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the truck, 58-year-old Thomas Brisky, also suffered non-life threatening injures.

The crash remains under investigation by the Sheriff's Office and the Wisconsin State Patrol
