Superior Police Asking Residents to be Part of Crime Prevention

Superior, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Superior Police Department is looking for citizens who want to help in crime prevention across the city.

The Superior Police have set up meetings across the city to promote their Citizen Watch Groups (formally the Neighborhood Watch).

These meetings will be held between the week of September 17th through the 22nd.

- September 17th: Belgian Club, 3931 E. 2nf Street from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
- September 18th at the Government Center, 1316 N. 14th Street in room 270 from 5pm to 7pm
- September 19th at the Bryant Elementary School, 1423 Central Avenue from 5pm to 6:30pm
- September 20th at WITC, 600 N. 21st Street in Conference Center "b" room C-108 from 5pm to 6pm
- September 22nd at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 1924 Wyoming Avenue from 10am to 11:30am

These meetings will focus on how to start a group in your neighborhood or how to join an existing groups.
