Dane County, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Authorities believe they have recovered the bodies of two missing teen girls who disappeared Thursday afternoon in Dane County, Wisconsin.
According to WMTV, two 16 year old girls were reported missing Thursday afternoon. The pair was last seen around 4pm near Lake Kegonsa.
Sheriff Dave Mahoney says that the first body was located just before noon on the shoreline of the lake, near the area where shoes and other items belonging to the girls were found.
The second body was located in the lake.
Authorities say that an autopsy could be performed by Saturday on the bodies that have been recovered.
