Mercer, WI (NNCNOW.COM) - A Washburn man was arrested Saturday after allegedly driving drunk with his children in the vehicle.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, the 36-year-old suspect was pulled over in Iron County shortly after 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
The State Patrol reports that there were two children in the vehicle at the time of the arrest.
The man was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
According to the State Patrol, this is his 2nd offense.
