Foley, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The woman accused of fatally shooting her ex-husband in Sauk Rapids back in November of 2011 has been sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole.
38-year-old Angelina Mae O'Mara pleaded guilty to first degree murder last month murder in connection with the death of her ex-husband James O'Mara.
According to authorities, O'Mara then allegedly killed 36 year old Michael Pies of Blaine a day later inside an Ashland, Wisconsin motel.
According to the Saint Cloud Times, O'Mara will spend the rest of her life in a Minnesota prison, rather than face the possibility of serving a sentence in Wisconsin if she's convicted in that state as well for allegedly killing Pies.
