Sarona, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- A Wisconsin man pleaded 'not guilty' today for being the alleged driver in a fatal high speed crash in July 2013.

Edward Depies of Sarona, Wis., faces two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle as well as one count of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

Investigators believe Depies was driving his Ford Mustang in excess of 120 miles per hour on County Road "A" just before the crash.

All four occupants were thrown from the car, and investigators say beer cans and bottles were strewn around the scene and inside the automobile.

Two people died as a result of the crash. Seven hours after the crash Depies registered a blood alcohol level of .075.

His court hearing has been set for September fourth.
