Grand Marais, MN (NNCNOW.com)-- Family members of a missing Grand Marais man believe a body has been located.
82-year-old Paul Brandt went missing August 1st after he went out berry picking along the Gunflint Trail.
According to his brother, Jerome Brandt, a search crew of citizens located a body this weekend, about a fourth of a mile from Paul's car, south of the Seagull Guard Station.
The Cook County Sheriff's Department called off the search for Brandt on August 7th, but undeterred, the Grand Marais formed their own search party and bring Brandt home.
Authorities will not confirm that a body was found.
