Hunting Dog Rescued After Falling Through Ice

Thanks to the efforts of a good samaritan, a very lucky dog is warming up tonight after being rescued from frozen lake erie.

The dog's owner called 9–1–1 to report that his dog had wandered onto the ice.

But, in the meantime, a man spotted the dog and during his attempt to save the scared canine, got stranded on the fragile ice himself.

A rescue crew was able to take a boat out to the man and dog and safely return them back to shore.
