Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The Minnesota Department of Health has removed an advisory for the Minnesota Point / 15th Street Beach (formerly the New Duluth Boat Club / 14th Street beach).
Fecal indicator bacteria levels have returned to acceptable averages.
The beach is located on the harbor-side of Park Point in Duluth at 15th Street.
An advisory has been put in place for the 20th Street / Hearding Island Canal Beach due to elevated E. coli bacteria levels indicated from samples collected on September 25.
The beach is located on the harbor-side of Park Point in Duluth, at 20th Street and is scheduled to be re-sampled on September 26.
