DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - Duluth Mayor Don Ness helped usher in the Chester Creek Concert 30th Anniversary Season Tuesday wearing a kilt.

The night was headlined by Duluth's very own internationally acclaimed Celtic band McInnis' Kitchen.

The band was also joined by the special guests, the Duluth Scottish Heritage Pipe Band for a special performance.

"Thom Storm has done a fantastic job with this park and all the volunteers, they just care so much about the park and comes through in these events. People come out to celebrate the park, celebrate great music in Duluth, and so 30 years is a great mile stone," said Mayor Ness.
