Park Point Beach opens Friday

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The Park Point Beach and the Park Point Beach House will officially open for the season starting Friday.

The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation's designated swimming beach will be staffed with life guards seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Life guards will be available until the last week in August, weather permitting.
