Polaris Industries Partners with Voyageurs National Park for Snowmobile Safety

(Northland's NewsCenter) -- Polaris Industries Inc. and Voyageurs National Park has partnered to enhance snowmobile safety and trail access in Voyageurs National Park.

Polaris is funding the construction of three new warming huts, which will keep snowmobilers warm and and safe, as well as house trail maps and other park education material.

Polaris is also donating two new snowmobiles to assist park rangers with winter environmental field studies and maintenance activites.

Snowmobiling, skiing and snowshoeing trails offer winter access across Voyageurs’ 218,000 acres.
