Boy, 13, Fatally Shoots Younger Brother While Handling Gun

According to the Cleveland Plain-Dealer, police said that a 13-year-old Ohio boy shot and killed his 10-year-old brother while handling a firearm inside their home Monday morning.

The 13-year-old boy was arrested, according to the Plain-Dealer report.
