Woman Accused of Lying to Avoid Jury Duty Facing Felony Charges

According to the Denver Post, a 57-year-old Colorado woman is facing felony charges for allegedly lying in order to get out of jury duty, and then bragging about it on a radio show several months later.

The woman was charged Wednesday with felony counts of perjury and attempting to influence a public servant, according to the Post story.
